Connect with local leaders, enjoy complimentary refreshments, enter a free basket raffle, and discover more about the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Communities Talk initiative. This flagship program focuses on empowering young people ages 12 to 25—a pivotal stage when substance use often starts or intensifies. Communities Talk unites local organizations to address substance use and promote effective prevention strategies.
