What is Hope Squad?

Hope Squad is a school-based peer support program that empowers students to take action against suicide and mental health struggles. Members are nominated by their peers as trustworthy and caring classmates, then trained to recognize warning signs and refer friends to supportive adults. It's not about being a therapist; it's about being a bridge to hope and professional care.
