Guidelines for Sharing

  • Safety & Privacy: Protect your privacy and the privacy of others by using general details and avoiding specific names, locations, or identifiers.
  • Respectful Language: Use supportive, non-judgmental language that focuses on hope, recovery, and wellness.
  • What Not to Include: Avoid graphic descriptions of self-harm, trauma, or substance use that could be triggering for others.
  • Not for Emergencies: Please remember that this submission form is for storytelling only and is not monitored for crisis intervention.
